ReplyDeleteAbsolutely...but...thoughts without actions is like taking two steps forward and ten steps backward.
ReplyDeleteIf a person is serious about changing his/her thought patterns...they will overcome the difficulty as it gets easier with consistent effort and time.
It is similar to anything in life...take exercising for example...people waste more time and set up more mental barriers in complaining or dreading exercising than just doing it and looking at the positive benefits they will gain from it.
Same goes with changing your thought patterns...just do it and look forward to the time when it is done with ease~
