You should set small goals to lose your weight. Most people are unable to achieve their weight loss goals because they always think big. Do not make your goals so big as though they become overwhelming and intimidating to you.
I was talking to someone about clothe size. They said they were never a size 8. I replied I was an eight in middle school. Now I am not able to count that low. They said you would get back to the number. I said in agreement "Yes next week". We both had a good long laugh. That is an example of thinking too big. You cannot lose weight in days. Losing weight is a long activity and requires determination.
Eating wisely will help: instead of trying to cut out your junk food intake entirely, try to cutting down your portions. If you eat two slices of white breads, replace that with one slice wholegrain wheat bread.
There is nothing wrong with a snack in the afternoon! Try changing your afternoon snacking habit a little bit. Snack or eat a meal every 2-3 hours. Your snack calorie has to be100-200 and your meal calories 300-500. Throw in a 30 min walk and burn 100 snack calories.
You will actually eat fewer calories, eat more food, and enjoy your life. By the way, you will even loss some weight.
