El miƩrcoles mudo: Three methods we may learn wisdom
First, by reflection, which is noblest
Second, by imitation, which is easiest
Third, by experience, which is the bitterest.

Simple, but not always so easy
Get out of your own way. Seriously, you are the only one in your way, so clear the clutter - the time clutter, the paper clutter, the mind clutter, the house clutter, the body clutter - ALL THE STUFF (both real and created) that continues to clutter you up so there's no room for you to have what you really want. Create the space and your dreams will have a place to land.
Get support from someone - or a group of people - who has your best interest in mind and who is striving to grow as well. Find a buddy or a coach or a mentor or a mastermind group who can help you hold your vision of what you want, who believes in you, and who can help you take action despite fear.
I know this can be easier said than done. Many of us are surrounded by others who are also stuck in fear and may not know how to really support us. I can tell you that for me, I notice who I admire. Who is living their life in a way that is similar to how I want to be living mine. They model the type of courage and audacity and authenticity that I aspire to. Those are the people I consult with and share my visions with. That's how I chose support group. I found someone who was kind and compassionate, but also took a "no excuses" approach to living their dream.

Fear Not
The world is racing along at a mile a minute and the same could be said for our brains. If you have ever found yourself thinking, about the things that have happened to you good or bad, repeatedly, stop.
Fear not! Continually reflecting on the past is something that affects many of us. This becomes a problem for people that are ill equipped to deal with the emotional pressures that the mind can induce. Fear freezes you in your steps.
Do not become so fearful of the consequences of taking action that it prevent you from doing anything. Remember: The past is gone, the future has not come yet, and all you have is the present. Forgive yourself and others for past wrongs, slow action, or no action.
The past no longer exist. The past is a movie in your mind and that is where it will stay if you do not forgive yourself and others. The past is like and IPod. You can download movies, view them, or just store them and never play the movie again. After a while, you will forget that are there. When you come across that movie again, you may have the courage to delete it altogether.
Live your present life now. Stop looking at old movies on your IPod of the past. Give yourself the gift of forgiveness today.

Self belief is crucial
Clearly, it is going to be very difficult to get others to follow or believe in you if they doubt your commitment to a proposed venture. Furthermore, you will have difficulty inspiring yourself, if you don't have faith in your ability to achieve your goals.
Self belief leads to self confidence - and this assurance shines through as a beacon to those you wish to lead. The display of confidence is crucial for several reasons.
First of all, it gives a clear physical demonstration of leadership; a focal point for others.
Secondly, the knowledge of a "strong hand on the tiller" inspires the self-belief in others.
Thirdly, confidence creates an aura of invincibility in negotiations and other high pressure situations.
Keep your cool, and enjoy the benefits that confident, clear decision making will bring.

We're all different, we all have unique viewpoint
We all have unique viewpoint and there's really no right or wrong answer. There are many ways to measure our success in life. Some see it as the attainment of wealth and accumulation material things. Others might say raising a happy family is the most important thing. We all have the desire to be looked up to, respected and to give happiness and fulfilment to others. You may be parent, a teacher; whatever your role in life, your leadership skills gives you the opportunity to earn the respect of your fellow human beings and to attain the success you desire.
